Account Manager for Techstack (Scalewind Corp)

Responsibilities & Tasks

✔️to co-manage projects with the tech team lead, with the capacity to replace him in project management if he is not available

✔️to be the front-facing coordinator with clients and affiliates

✔️to lead closing sales for clients and affiliates as needed (with guidance from the Country Manager and Marketing Manager)

What Skills Do You Need to Have:

???? MUST have a tech background (well-rounded knowledge and understanding of Web Development, WordPress, API integrations, Google and social media) but you don’t need to do any tech work per se

???? at least 2 years of professional experience with back office, administrative and supervisory work, or any tech-related project management work

???? fluent in written and spoken English

???? must be a true problem solver, has initiative, unafraid to speak up to suggest systems for efficiency, correctness and better profitability

???? coachable, and with a passion for learning and excellence

???? preferably with trainings or experience in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or any Agile application, but not required

OFFER

Independent Contractor Salary: P35,000 / month + commissions
Probationary period: 90 days

This is a full-time homebased/ remote position. You will be responsible for your equipment and internet connection. Productivity will be monitored through Worksnaps. Work schedule around 40hrs a week negotiable.
