• FB messenger outreach (invitation to discovery calls, communication, engagement)
  • Update content for Facebook and instagram page (native and repurposed)
  • On-page engagement and page growth
  • Assistance in building up Google pages
  • Other admin tasks as needed, which may include but not limited to: research, transcription, data collection and management, scheduling, and simple Canva editing for presentations, pdfs, lead magnets, etc.


  • With technical and analytical experience
  • GHL, DNS/Hosting/Outlook Integration, Clickfunnels, Zaps, Triggers, Paid Search – Facebook/Google experience preferrably
  • At least 2 years of professional experience being an Admin or Social Media VA 
  • At least 2 pages you’ve managed in the past
  • English proficiency level of C1/C2 EFSET testing program
  • Fast internet connection at least 20mbps + backup


  • $520 USD/month
  • 20 hours a week (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST)
