Real Estate Assistant is Hiring 10-20 Virtual Assistants! (Remote, Night Shift)

REA is a fast-growing company looking to hire virtual assistants who want a stable, fun profession that they can do at home. During this pandemic, they’re looking to provide as many jobs as possible.

Requirements: 
– Excellent English Communication Skills (written and verbal)
– Can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Willing to work at home- With a quiet and organize work area – Preferably with Real Estate VA / Mortgage VA experience (but not needed) 

– Newbies are welcome to apply but must have an Outbound Sales Experience (for ISA post) or Social Media Marketing (must send sample works/portfolio), Database Management (CRM) (for GVA post)

Main System Requirements:
1.) i3, i5, i7 4th gen or newer processors
2.) 8GB ram
3.) SSD (preferred but not required)
4.) Stable DSL/Fiber internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download speed)

5. ) Good quality headset with noise-cancelling mic

Backup System Requirements:
1.) Dual-core processor
2.) 4GB Ram
3.) LTE/Broadband Internet (at least 5 Mbps download speed)

The salary starts at $4-5/hour (depending on experience) +  private HMO + quarterly retention bonuses + referral and upgrade bonuses of up to $500/ month. We also offer ongoing coaching and upskilling, and promote from within.
