Hiring: Executive Social Media VA for a Wellness Professional

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uploading and updating the client email list
  • Updating official contact list
  • Updating client forms, ongong and uploading to EMR – Practice Better
  • Leads follow up and onboarding + appointment setting, preferably with experience in email automation (e.g. Active Campaign)
  • Other copy and paste, as well as data management tasks
  • Create simple branded PDFs using Canva
  • Social media: create and schedule content on Facebook, Facebook group, Instagram (@thefreedompromise), and eventually Pinterest using simple Canva branding + content from client drive, including promotions for podcasts/ summits Mindy participates in
  • Other clerical tasks like bookings, research, and email cleanup, sending website maintenance tasks to Big Boost (outside agency) and monitoring for accountability

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years professional experience as a VA
  • At least 2 previous social media accounts maintained in the past (preferably in health/ wellness niche)
  • Above-average written English
  • Preferably college graduate of any Business or Communications course
  • A self-starter, fast learner, and has a positive attitude towards content creation and project management
  • Previous corporate supervisory experience and/ or project management experience is an advantage

Job Offer:

✔ 15 Hours a Week @ all-in salary of $445/ month
✔ Yearly private insurance + PhilHealth
✔ EST timezone (to be determined with client)
