The Client Success Manager’s job is to be obsessed with client delight– not just satisfaction. Every client should feel like a VIP, and this is evidenced by retention, praise for the team, glowing reviews, and referral business. Responsibilities:
- Weekly SOW and EOW reports
- To start coordinating upon closing the client (passed off from sales) and will pick up the relationship and will be in charge of it 100%
- Assist with all sorts of troubleshooting, including research and tech assistance
- Assist with conflict resolution, if the need arises
- Aide in client nurturing for referral management
- Aide in gifting campaigns for top clients
- Aide in project management, everything should be delivered on time and in priority based on what the client needs
- Co-coordinate Client Data Bank with Wenz to maintain profiles of clients (address, numbers, info about their biz, special quirks)
- Escalate higher-level problems to OBM/ Billy
- TAKE CEO OUT OF ONGOING CLIENT FACING WORK
Requirements:
- At least two years of professional Customer Support/ Client Success Work, supervisory or training experience is prioritized
- At least two years of remote professional work
- Previous management or supervisory corporate position
- Preferably a graduate of Communications or Business Course
- IMPORTANT: Well-rounded digital marketing and lead generation knowledge
- IMPORTANT: Flawless written and spoken English
Offer:
$700 per month main salary + $30-60 per month retention bonus per client (currently there are already 6-10 clients) – fulltime
