Scalewind, a managed outsourcing conglomerate, is welcoming new writers for its division, Copy Geeks, to train content writers and copywriters with their trademark AI-empowered process to write, assemble, and produce winning split-tested ad copy.
Scope of Work:
• Research clients’ products, services, competitors among others in line with the PDOCS methodology.
• Write content or copy for clients based on the methodology.
• Manage and ensure work copies and client data are stored in the project management tool as set by the client.
• Meet KPIs as aligned with the client and Copy Geeks.
• Ensure enriching knowledge and skills by attending training and workshops (both for the client and Copy Geeks).
• Attend meetings and additional training as required.
Requirements:
• At least two (2) years of writing experience.
• Writes in great English (almost flawless grammar) and has an interest in digital marketing.
•Good at following processes, diligent, resourceful, and most of all, have a good attitude towards learning.
• A reliable internet connection and a back-up is a must because this is 100% remote work.
• Basic knowledge on Slack, Google Drive and project management tools such as Asana, Click Up, or Monday.
Offer:
Paid training for two weeks is provided at P650/day (5-6 hours) and salary starts at P40k a month + private insurance with healthcare/ telemedicine.
Yearly renewable contract; the company promotes from within. This is a remote work (40 hours a week), U.S. time zone (Pacific, Central, Eastern, or Mountain Standard Time, depending on the client’s location).
