Hiring: Full-time Digital Marketer / Content Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spearhead content campaigns strategy
• Lead the brainstorming with the content team for the content campaigns; what type of
content, how to make the content engaging, and how to launch the campaign
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for
adoption where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Preferably living around BGC, (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Pasay)
• Is okay to commute to the office/headquarters to attend weekly candace with the team.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement

Compensation and Benefits:

• $750/month, full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time)
• 500 PHP monthly transportation allowance
• Insurance with Telemedicine after 90 days
• $100 retention bonus every six months
• Company laptop provision

The DM will primarily be the in-charge and spearhead the planning and strategy of SMS campaigns, social media campaigns, and email campaigns. The DM will work closely with the design agency and the content writing agency to strategize and brainstorm with the graphics and copy components of the campaigns. The DM will be responsible for managing the overall content campaign.
