Below is an overview of the Platinum Benefit Program under our Employee-of-Record Services. We’ve designed these benefits to ensure our remote team members feel secure, supported, and empowered both professionally and personally.
This is perfect for small and medium sized companies that want proper documentation and benefits for their remote professionals (RPs) based in the Philippines. The RPs will get private life and accident insurance, healthcare, mental health support, human resource management benefits, and a Certificate of Employment that can be used for credit and paperwork assistance, with access to our network of financial institutions (banks, insurance companies) and travel agencies.
This also officially enrolls your RP to our physical office as a full time employee, without the need to report to our office in person. This means that they will have the government-mandated benefits and contributions (Philhealth, SSS, and Pag Ibig*) and will have their personal contributions organized and deducted against their salaries.
This is perfect for that buttoned-up employment arrangement with the necessary government requirements, akin to typical Philippines based corporate employment. Only full time remote professionals can sign up for this EOR solution and benefits program.
