Beast Coaching is Hiring: Business Development Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To take care of the day-to-day messages on Instagram (and eventually other social media platforms) through ManyChat
– Follow the “response tree”
– Screen the leads and prioritize the qualified ones
– Elevate other questions (that are not on the response tree) to the supervisors
– End goal is to urge qualified leads to book a call
• Prepare relevant reporting material
• Show up in regular meetings to discuss strategy and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least two years of experience working in Customer Support
• At least one year of experience working for a US company, serving US audiences
• EFSET English Proficiency level C1/ C2
• Must speak really good, colloquial, American English
• 9AM – 1PM (Timezone is CT)

OFFER:

• $585 monthly
• 9am to 1pm CST
• Part-time 20 hours a week
