The Customer Support Officer is in charge of client engagement, satisfaction, and secure delivery. This is a dedicated 2-man team that aims to close as many tickets as possible, to serve as many happy clients as possible.
WORK EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Email support. Answer, follow up, address, and circle back on issues, make an effort to close support ticket ASAP to ease your workload
- Phone support. Call back clients who asked for help and email for clarification if needed.
- Amazon/ Shopify – address all support questions, tickets, communication and logs
- FB / IG – address all support questions and tickets, check comments as well as messages
- FB/ IG – moderate negative comments and make sure you address the needs and products inquiries of our customers
- Actively coordinate with suppliers for shipping delays and damaged/ missing items. Also coordinate with suppliers for product questions like allergies, ingredient sensitivity, pregnancy safety, ensure client’s safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and openly communicate with Spirit Nest Management team for the reports on tickets closed, have initiative to solve all problems but be open to escalate anything you cannot serve at your level.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HIGHLY organized and motivated by achievement 🙂
- Past customer support and supervisory experience required
- Basic to intermediate email and data management, people skills, empathy, and high EQ
- Preferably with inclination or experience in serving a brand in the wellness/ crafts industry

✔️ Fulltime Agent 1: (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, EST) ; Agent 2 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, PST)
