HIRING: E-commerce VA (Shopify and Etsy)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focused on managing and monitoring the client’s Shopify and Etsy shops by adding listings, easy graphics for sales and promos needed, moving items from one shop to another, and engagement posts in the groups for my new promotions.
• During the day, there will also be random administrative tasks assigned which are related to running the
shops.
• It will be a plus, If the candidate possesses experience in Amazon, or has worked in the laser engraving
and sublimation printing category.
• Hired VA will be at the forefront of shop maintenance, and will be the trusted “sidekick” of the
business owner, Amanda, so she can focus on growth and scaling.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $5 per hour (20 hours a week)
• $5.5 per hour after 6 months
• 9am to 1pm TBD
• Insurance + telemedicine
• 2x a year mental health counseling session with a board certified counselor or therapist
• 1x a year financial health planning with a certified financial planner
• Monthly upskilling and personal development seminars
• Legal and paperwork assistance for visas, loans, etc.
• Birthday gift, in behalf of your company
• Christmas gift, in behalf of your company
• Other company-wide events and employee engagement activities
