20 hours/ week (Remote, Night Shift)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Support Head of Business Development/ CEO with team goals
– Meeting Prep for Strategy Sessions
– Keep Project Management Board up to date
– Affiliate Management (if applicable)
– 360-degree quality control for all submitted material
– Making sure projects have time and manpower contingency (setting schedules right with allowance, capacity to hire a freelancer if needed, knows how to handle client dissatisfaction – working with CSM)
– To collaborate with CSM for presentation of work to client
– Quality assurance for all work submitted — you are the top-of-pile QA person, and you have full accountability on the quality of work submitted
Requirements:
• Knowledge in GoHighLevel Platform is a must.
• At least 2 years of supervisory remote positions (OBM, Project Manager, Operations Manager, EA)
• Previous experience working with an American employer or for an American company
• Customer support experience and advantage (you have to be a problem solver!)
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Exceptional Follow Up skills
• A goal-oriented self-starter & independent worker
• Excellent communication skills & team player
• Strong command of English language both written and spoken
• Data management experience: research, and data organization (very important)
• Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing
• Must have high standards – non-negotiable
• Must know how to build and navigate a good corporate culture around cross-national team management and project delivery
To be prioritized: PMP, Scrum, or Agile Certification
$1,040 per month main salary (part-time 20 hrs/week MDT)
