Hiring: Social Media and Tech VA for Start in the Gut

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and co-manage email sequence set -up, QA for links and functionality, scheduling, and post email blast reports (open rates and click through rates)
• Building landing pages and brand them beautifully according to the style guide and mood board
• Tech assistance on Kartra, Zoom, payment processor integrations, and quality assurance, troubleshooting, and testing on all platforms (training and upskilling will be provided)
• Content repurposing, posting and scheduling on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin (once or twice a month only for Li) 
• Co-managing and monitoring Facebook group, as well as post updates. Engagement and inbox management – acknowledgement of comments, forward items that need my input, forward leads and answer direct messages, answer questions
• Integration of all platforms, knowledge of Zapier and other tools to make sure data is captured form all systems in use and integrated
• Administrative support to maintain and organise the systems used, like Vimeo, Zoom, Practice Better, Google drive, etc
• Video editing for branded videos
• Other admin tasks as needed, which may include but not limited to: research, transcription, data collection, organising and management, scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a tech or executive VA
• At least 1 year software proficiency for all listed software/ subscriptions or equivalent thereof (i.e. similar services)previous leadership or project management role is preferred since we need someone with initiative and has to be a self starter

• With stable internet connection + backup (non-negotiable)
