Hiring: Web Developer for Techstack

What you will be doing:

• Develop landing pages, sales pages, and webpages using (but not limited to) WordPress, Shopify, and/or Click funnels
• Troubleshoot web related issues and effectively implement solutions with minimal supervision
• Documentation of processes, and implementation of projects for each client
• Ensure high quality project development and one-time completion
• Collaborate with the team for analysis and planning of each project

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years experience as a Web developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong command of English verbal and written communication, presentation and demonstration abilities (take online EFSET level test, must be C1/C2 in proficiency)
• You have a track record on working independently with minimal day to day supervision.
• You can work in unstructured, highly fluid environments.
• You have the ability to learn new CMS and immediately apply with the consideration of best development practices.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• You have good experience working with HTML 5, CSS 3, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, PHP, Java, Vue.js, React and Frappe framework.
• You must have your own equipment, reliable internet connection (and backup).

Compensation and benefits:

• $900 for the first 90 days, with automatic raise to $1000/month afterwards (USD)
• Post is for morning or night-shift/ fulltime
• Contractor status, 100% remote with timekeeping
• Insurance and telemedicine after 90 days
• Team and retention bonuses (including year end bonus computed like 13th month pay)
