RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with brand management + customer support in Facebook groups
- Marketing outreach: doctors, nonprofits, other similar groups assigned to VA
- Executive assistant work: calls, follow-ups, filing, data management, appointment setting, reminders
- Other lead followup + marketing activities to be determined by the CEO
MUSTS:
- Must be cordial, nice, and friendly, will serve as a good representative of the business
- Must have excellent communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension)
- Must be a self-starter, intelligent + enthusiastic in solving problems, is proactive, and works with a positive attitude / strong desire to produce excellent work
- Must be organized, knows how to build systems and processes, as well as provide feedback and improve them
- Previous back-office and corporate admin experience preferably serving a US company/ US Client
- Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications
- Preferably with an inclination and/ or regular to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing
Job Offer:
✔ 30 hours a week, $840/month
