WORK EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced Shopify VA in all aspects of managing a Shopify store (please show links to previous shops managed)
- Guided product research – items, niche, and criteria will be provided
- Customer support (settle issues, disputes, and returns)
- Simple Canva-based designs for social media updates
- Reporting. Create daily and monthly stock/ cost reports as well as a financial report. Alert on positive and negative trends in sales.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HIGHLY organized and motivated by achievement.
- Knowledgeable in E-commerce management – experience in Shopify
- Intermediate user of Google Spreadsheets (GSuite)
- Past back-office support and supervisory experience required
- Basic bookkeeping and spreadsheet management required
- Preferably graduate of business or communication course
- Preferably with inclination or experience in business development
JOB OFFER
✔ 20 hours a week / Monday to Friday (Salary is $550 all in)
✔ Mutually agreed crossover time between client and VA (Philippines time)
✔ Inclusive of Philhealth and one-year life insurance coverage
