RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up appointments, follow-up and increase show up rate
• Pre qualify leads and act as the gatekeeper to systematize the process better
• Operate Flywheel (white label version of GoHighLevel) and use it to track leads and sales activity
• Setting up and tracking ads on Facebook (templates and coaching will be provided)
• Attendance to coaching sessions and developing or improving processes through them
• As needed, other admin-related tasks like transcription, data management, VIP client gifting, and account management
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least two years of professional experience as a virtual assistant (in operations, appointment setting, or sales)
• GoHighlevel proficiency
• Previous Facebook media buying experience is preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
• $520/ month
• VA (15 hours a week)
