We Are Hiring: Executive Virtual Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focused on assisting Luke and Steve with the orderliness and timeliness of administrative tasks in the group of companies.
• Focused on email management, data management, light bookkeeping, and clerical support
for Adam and Luke with the tasks that need to be done across all companies.
• Really organized project manager and has experience with multi-company CEO assistance, and experience with Clickup. (Training for Clickup will also be provided.)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $4.85 per hour (40 hours a week)
• $5 per hour after 90 days
• Private Life and Accident Insurance + Telemedicine
• Philhealth reimbursement (healthcare)
• 2x a year mental health counseling session with a board certified counselor or therapist
• 1x a year financial health planning with a certified financial planner
• Monthly upskilling and personal development seminars
• Legal and paperwork assistance for visas, loans, etc.
