We’re Hiring: Multimedia Designer

Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 8hrs a day |  Central Time  

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for bringing the brand to life visually through compelling, high-converting creative that tells our story across social, email, and live event experiences.

This position focuses on the creative side of marketing: content creation (video, design, and light animation), event media, and updating existing web and brand assets. The Multimedia Designer works closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency, support storytelling across platforms, and deliver all creative projects on time, on brand, and on budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials such as social graphics, email banners, presentation decks, and event collateral
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, including reels, testimonials, and event highlight videos
  • Create simple motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling (intros, transitions, speaker reels)
  • Capture and edit photo/video content during live events for social and promotional use
  • Update existing assets on WordPress websites
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints (web, social, email, video)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts, campaign visuals, and social storytelling
  • Organize and manage digital assets, including photos, design files, and video content, in a shared library

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, including video editing and digital content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social video, brand design, and storytelling content
  • Experience editing reels, testimonials, and event highlight videos preferred
  • Basic experience updating websites and landing pages via WordPress or Elementor; Go High Level CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and current creative trends
  • Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, keyframing, and title design preferred
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI, responsive design, and accessibility standards preferred
  • Experience with remote team tools such as Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype, and Zoom

Tech Requirements:

  • Computer: at least i7 or equivalent with 16GB RAM
  • Internet speed: at least 50 Mbps download

Job Offer:

PHP 50,000 – PHP 70,000 monthly, depending on experience
