RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work side-by-side with our project managers in ensuring the implementation, continual progress and completion of our projects.
- Creating tasks for developers & following up
- QCing small tasks
- Meeting with clients to troubleshoot small issues
- Answering client questions in Helpscout
- Organizing client’s Google drive/Asana project
- Completing internal deployment for developers
- Updating project progresses in Asana
- Preparing materials for client meetings
- Work with video to make sure assets have been edited correctly
- Collect feedback from clients
- Source images
- Scheduling videos on YouTube
- Scheduling content on social media
- Creates tasks for PMs and keeps PMs on track
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Project Manager, EA
- Previous experience working with an American employer or for an American company
- Customer support experience and advantage (you have to be a problem solver!)
- Extremely Organized and deadline driven (a sensei master of organization and management)
- Exceptional Follow Up skills
- A goal-oriented self self starter & independent worker
- Excellent communication skills & team player
- Strong command of English language both written and spoken
- Data management experience: research, and data organization (very important)
- Well-rounded knowledge on digital marketing
