REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have previous professional accounting and bookkeeping experience 
  • Must know how to operate Quickbooks (important)
  • Must be familiar with online invoicing software like Stripe, Payoneer,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully remote (must have own laptop and reliable internet connection) 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English 
  • Will be reporting to our US-based CFO /HR Head (Janis Litchfield)

OFFER:

  • Assistance for US Visa with considerable tenure 
  • This is a contractor arrangement, with a 60-day probation and rollover yearly contracts 
  • Time: Flexible (40 hours a week) with some crossover time on EST
