RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains growth strategies focused both on financial and customer satisfaction of the company to ensure business sustainability;
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs which will be the basis for the growth strategies;
- Prepares and presents powerful, persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the Company;
- Promotes the company’s services addressing or predicting the client’s objectives;
- Analyses sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data to ensure business development’s goals and objectives are consistently achieved;
- Collaborates with Sales and other departments in identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients; and
- Cultivates positive interactions and relationships with the management team to evaluate sales strategy and results.
- KPIs: # of leads generated, % of leads Conversion, PHP of revenue generated per lead, # of turnaround time to convert leads.
Requirements:

- Required Qualifications:
– Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course, preferably Business Administration or relevant field
– With an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and with experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
– With strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making Skills
– Goal-oriented and organized team player
– Excellent communication and public speaking skills
