HIRING: Executive Assistant for Peter Leung

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management for all operations in Peter’s business
  • Coordinate production and schedule of podcast
  • Billing and collection, follow-ups
  • Stocks, tracking, light accounting
  • Data and email management, research, and other clerical tasks
  • Emphasis on a project management/ operations inclination
  • Invoicing and verification of payments and scheduling
  • Emails and production of reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience being an Executive VA (preferably direct to proprietor/ CEO) 
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial corporate or remote operations experience
  • Average to Above-average English proficiency 
  • Preferably college graduate of any Business or Communications course

Job Offer:

✔ 20 hours a week for $510 / month all-in salary (includes payroll processing, HR assistance, healthcare and benefits)
✔ Yearly private insurance + PhilHealth

THE COMPANY:

The Exec VA will be assisting and directly reporting to Peter Leung. Peter is an entrepreneur and an international property expert, and expert dealmaker, who has built large multi-million dollar portfolio, that spans both commercial and residential property, in Canada, the USA and the UK.

Peter believes that business is important, but should be enjoyed–his philosophy is to work with likeminded people who are keen to grow and develop, both as people and in business. Peter is based in Hong Kong, so timezone reference is the same as Philippines.
