Hiring: Marketing Manager (Focus: Demand Generation)

We are a Licensed Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) firm that operates with a startup mentality: We experiment, we collaborate, we embrace new technologies and we have fun doing it.
After a decade of enjoying great growth, we are finally ready to organize our marketing and demand generation. This role will consolidate data from different inbound and outbound efforts, and will direct strategy and collaborate with team members to increase quality leads generated every month. You will be reporting directly to one of the co-Founders and the HR lead.
What is the role?
- Identify lead-generation opportunities through market and client research
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of lead-generation strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and various departments including sales to achieve comprehensive funnel targets
- Collect and analyze data to identify target accounts, outreach strategies, and increase lead-generation performance
- Oversee numerous multi-level marketing projects, including email, webinars, paid media, referrals, and events
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, utilizing metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue to report on their success
The ideal candidate:
- You have 2 years of experience as a demand generation specialist or marketing specialist
- You want to champion leading demand generation strategies and thrive in a collaborative environment, seamlessly working across departments
- You have a proven history of successful and measured results in demand-generation strategies
- You have a strong work ethic and the ability to work under strict deadlines and support projects from start to finish
- You are hyper-organized, analytical, and data-driven
- You are independent, innovative, highly motivated, and a self-starter
- You are tech-savvy and have worked with platforms like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and Zoom
- Strong sense of quality in design, branding, and copywriting
Other Skills and Requirements
- A love for technology and the ability to learn new software/apps quickly
- Strong internet connection – at least 50 MBPS upload and 50mbps download speeds + 10mbps.
- AI empowered (ideally Chat GPT and Midjourney) – we will test this.

Contract Details
- This is a part time position, from Monday to Friday at a four hour window on EST regular working hours (either 9AM TO 1PM or 10AM to 2PM). The total working hours is 20 hours a week.
- There is a 6 month probationary period for this position. Upon starting, the contractor payment is $1150 (USD). After six months and a positive rating on the scorecard, the contractor payment will increase to $1250 and s/he will enjoy the following benefits: paid time off for all Philippine statutory holidays + 2 weeks paid annual vacation + Fridays off in the summer (July and August).
- You will be provided proper equipment to deploy the work needed: laptop, monitor, etc.
