Hiring: Operations Assistant for The Center For Functional Health And Wellness

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist and co-monitor in client intake (from ads > webinar > discovery call > Zoom consults > onboarding/ enrolment > payment updates – if applicable
• To lead client email announcements and ongoing client email support
• Send group emails (cold to warm to clients)
• Data entry and management to the EMS (client data management system, training will be provided by client)
• Other admin tasks like research, data management, data entry, VIP gifting, and transcription

NOTES
*There is a backlog on data that needs to be entered on certain platforms.
*In the future there are some phone tasks through a cloud calling software (recommend: 8×8 for calling, and krisp.ai for noise cancellation)

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as Ops Assistant
• Previous leadership or project management role is preferred since we need someone with initiative and has to be a self starter
• EFSET English proficiency level C1/ C2
• With stable internet connection + backup (non-negotiable)

• $535 monthly
• 9am to 1pm EST
