WORK EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Stock follow up. Follow up on stock health and rhythm, sales, and demand. Place stock orders on Amazon and Shopify.
- Stock alerting. Alerts on stocks for ad-promoted items, when an item is about to be out of stock or back in stock, follow up campaigns and let the campaign manager know on stock health, for promo management.
- Order placement. Place orders with the suppliers, follow up, and make sure everything is ideal on the timetable, if something is needed urgently, properly communicate the urgency.
- Oberlo orders and follow up. Place Oberlo orders and follow-up. File AliExpress dispute if needed.
- Printex export and follow up. Export Printex orders 3x a week, track Printex daily orders daily, alert delays to Printex support.
- Coordination and communication with suppliers. Follow up on supply timetables, invoices, SKUs, PO, tracking, shipping, warehouse onboarding, damaged items, monitor and circle back on any supply issue + communicate for packing and handling needs of the warehouse
- Coordination and communication with the warehouse. Follow up on shipment tracking, receiving dates, warehouse onboarding times. Once the promo items and bestsellers are in stock, let the campaign manager know ASAP.
- Fulfillment tracking. Follow up fulfillment rate on a daily basis — on Oberlo, Printex and Ship Hero, alert support / printex/ warehouse/ pillow profit if needed.
- Follow up and updating costs + financial management. Update the stock expenses sheet for paid invoices in order to archive costs and follow up on order status. Update costs on Shopify and Delirious as needed.
- Set-up and revise listings. Set-up listings, provide technical information (shipping, measurements, tags, etc.) and internal SKU number. Communicate SKUs to the suppliers if needed. Communicate with the marketing team on copy text for a listing.
- Reporting. Create daily and monthly stock/ cost reports as well as a financial report. Alert on positive and negative trends in sales.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- HIGHLY organized and motivated by achievement.
- Knowledgeable in E-commerce management – experience in Shopify/ Amazon, Aliexpress.
- Preferably with experience or easily trained in Oberlo, Happy Fox, Ship Hero (these are super easy platforms)
- Intermediate user of Google Spreadsheets (GSuite)
- Past back-office support and supervisory experience required
- Basic bookkeeping and spreadsheet management required
- Preferably graduate of business or communication course
- Preferably with inclination or experience in business development
