DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (5-day work week Mondays to Fridays – 11am to 7pm New Zealand Time – 6am to 2pm PH Time):

We are seeking a unique candidate Call Center Team Leader & Operator at Acquisitionlab INTL to guide an outsourced team of 10 sales agents and 1 Quality Analyst stationed via a BPO in Fiji.
- Providing reliable operations management for Acquisitionlab INTL. Without the need for constant supervision.
- Consistently offering innovative solutions and problem-solving skills.
- Creating and implementing new processes to boost the call center’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organizing and assigning tasks to team members based on established / newly drafted systems and SOPs.
- Tracking metrics and creating comprehensive reports with the goal of identifying areas for improvement in order to craft strategies to address them.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate call center staff – ensuring high performance and sales delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments to fill in the gaps in terms of customer experience. Emphasis on elevating customer experience is a must. This includes but is not limited to addressing customer problems as they arise.
- Handling company budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Cultivating a positive, motivational, and productive work environment for all members of the call center team.

- Extensive experience in project management, operations, and team leadership – with a focus on attributable growth.
- A history of success in leading an underperforming team or building a high-performing one from scratch.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle and respond to all modes of communication professionally and promptly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, able to collate data into comprehensive reports and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Ability to function both independently or collaboratively.
- A sharp intuition for identifying, addressing, and resolving conflicts.
- A proven track record in successfully executing all above expectations across various industries.
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS (at least 2 years of experience):
- FreshSales CRM (or something similar)
- Google Suite
- Communications platforms (e.g., Slack)
- Project Management Tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
- Social media platforms such as LinkedIn,Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: High (C1/C2 level)

JOB OFFER:
