Responsibilities:
(1) CEO and Operations support
• Will take over the accountability of the efficiency of the day-to-day operations
• Makes sure that tasks are done on time, and with high quality delivered
• Leads team engagement (gratitude, motivation, and assistance for coaching for the team, as needed)
• Develop certain quality control items, SOPs, and processes as we go
• Trainable for developing each role in the company, and hiring for these roles to fill in the gaps
• Supports the CEO in integrating and fulfilling his vision, and provide the necessary operations backbone with speed and ease
• Co-monitors certain KPIs in the business along with the CEO
(2) Team Management
• Searching, vetting, hiring, onboarding, monitoring and off boarding necessary teammates
• Enforcing values and high standards within the team
• Ensuring admin updates, client concerns are communicated to the team
(3) Project Management
• Helping to create team meeting processes and then leading team meetings
• Managing projects in client’s own project management software to stay on top of deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time
• Stepping into project processes and suggesting improvements as necessary to streamline processes
• Planning projects while taking other moving parts into consideration and schedule tasks accordingly
• Creating and managing projects and properly delegating them to team members
• Proactively delegating tasks and follow up to ensure they are being completed
• Keeping track of project timelines and checking in with tasks and team to make sure everything stays on track
• Following up if tasks are not being completed to find out if additional support is needed

Compensation:
• $1, 250 / month full time (with raise to $1,350 /month after 90 days)
– 8AM to 5PM Philippine time
