We Are Hiring: Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offload most of the admin tasks from the Business Lead (Max) 
• Help develop systems, SOPs, and templates [organized and documented]
• Help with trial-and-error + feedback for continuous improvement 
• Help develop the key hires for the agency and scale with prudence 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably graduate of Business or Communication 
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience leading people remotely 
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience creating systems 
• Lean Six Sigma certification or any other equivalent
• C1/C2 EFSET proficiency
• With stable internet connection + backup (non-negotiable)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $850/ month
• $950 after 90 days with good feedback from the client
• Part-time 20 hours a week
• Private Life Insurance

• Ongoing upskilling and support
