
Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to work with a fast-growing YouTube channel and its high-level mentorship clients? We’re looking for a top-notch Recruitment Specialist to lead and streamline the hiring process, ensuring high-quality placements for creative and management roles.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for the main company, focusing on creative and management roles.
- Manage recruitment for high-level mentorship clients, primarily scriptwriters, video editors, and YouTube channel managers.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand hiring needs, proactively provide updates, and recommend solutions that align with both client expectations and company standards.
- Source, screen, and hire creative talents including video editors, graphic designers, and social media managers.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking events to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and design effective recruitment plans.
- Provide timely updates without waiting for reminders — keeping candidates engaged and clients informed throughout the process.
- Take a solution-oriented approach — focusing on what can be done, resolving recruitment challenges efficiently, recommending smart hiring solutions when needed, and setting realistic expectations for both candidates and clients based on company standards.
- Maintain and organize applicant databases using Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Develop forms and workflows that improve efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
- Write clear and compelling job announcements and post them on the most effective platforms.
- Conduct background checks as needed.
- Prepare contracts and oversee smooth contractor onboarding.
- Coordinate with satellite recruiters (if applicable).
- Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to ensure quality hires and operational efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Speed of hiring and promptness in communication
- Quality of hires based on the job description match and culture fit
- Placement success rates, plus good feedback from clients
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment for remote teams, including at least 1 year in an ad agency, marketing agency, or production company (TV, radio, print, OOH ads).
- Proven success hiring creative talents (video editors, graphic designers, social media managers) with a good eye for quality and design standards.
- Experience managing applicant databases (Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar).
- At least 5 years of combined experience in Operations or Human Resources.
- EFSET C1/C2 Level English proficiency.
- Proficient in project management platforms and Google Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- AI literate, can properly prompt engineer and understand how to prepare AI-ready data
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing Course
- Nice to have but not required: Labor/ HR Certifications, Paralegal background
Job Offer:
- $1,000 USD a month (Probationary)
- $1,100 USD a month (after 90 days)
- Work from home set up
- Full time
- Schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Manila Time
