We are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist

Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to work with a fast-growing YouTube channel and its high-level mentorship clients? We’re looking for a top-notch Recruitment Specialist to lead and streamline the hiring process, ensuring high-quality placements for creative and management roles.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the end-to-end process of hiring for the main company, mostly creative and management roles
- Main Company: Creative and management roles
- High-Level Mentorship Clients: Scriptwriters and video editors
Facilitate the end-to-end process of hiring for members of the high-level mentorship clients, mostly scriptwriters and video editors
Develop forms that help aid in process efficiency and effectivity
Copywriting of job announcements
Posting and sourcing the best places to hire
Properly deploying background checks
Contract preparation
Contractor onboarding
Connecting with satellite recruiters (if applicable)
Continuous improvement of all processes involved

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Speed of hiring and promptness in communication
Quality of hires based on the job description match and culture fit
Placement success rates, plus good feedback from clients

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment for remote teams, with at least a year of experience recruiting for an ad agency, a marketing agency, or a production company (TV, radio, print, OOH ads)
- At least 1 year recruiting for an ad agency, marketing agency, or production company (TV, radio, print, or OOH ads)
At least 5 years of combined experience in Operations or Human Resources
EFSET C1/C2 Level English Proficiency
Proficient in Project Management platforms and Google Suite of tools

Preferred Skills:

AI literate, can properly prompt engineer and understand how to prepare AI-ready data
Bachelor’s Degree holder, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing Course
Nice to have but not required: Labor/ HR Certifications, Paralegal background

Job Offer:

$1,100 USD a month (Probationary)
$1,200 USD a month (after 90 days)
Work from home set up
Full time
Schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Manila Time
