DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (a full-time role, EST Time Zone.):
We are seeking for a Special Account Executive, the role revolves around expertly embodying the brand, showcasing our solutions, and introducing company services to potential clients, with a keen focus on conversion. Post-sale, the responsibilities extend to maintaining accounts and nurturing strong client relationships, playing a pivotal role in sustaining brand success.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns and understand the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Track and analyze sales data, such as sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue projections and generate regular reports for management to assess the team’s performance and forecast future sales.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide solutions and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- Has B2B sales background, ideally in SaaS/tech, and a plus if familiar with HR/staffing industries.
- Evidenced achievement in meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas, coupled with the skill to reliably seal intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset, always striving to exceed client expectations.
- Experience using a cloud calling software / VOIP, and Hubspot
- Should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. And to be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards their work and be passionate about helping the clients they serve.
- Should have a well-lit environment, pleasing and professional background while engaging in video calls.

- Social media platforms such as LinkedIn,Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
