Work Expectations
- To lead the organization of systems for Lucas’ consulting business
- Research, encoding, back-office work, and data management, as needed by the business
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and perform them with great efficiency and communication
- Must have the initiative to suggest alternative routes for efficiency, correctness or to better the bottom line of the business
- Must be a people person, can freely manage teams and will take full accountability of the team results
- Must be a “builder” and passionate in marketing and business development, since there will be a lot of these requirements
Requirements
– at least 3 years of previous supervisory / team lead experience
– well rounded in Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and team management softwares (like Slack, Trello, Asana, Monday)
– well rounded knowledge in Digital Marketing and Business Development
– has a real interest in Marketing (as a business process)
– average to above average english proficiency, can handle voice calls
– preferably graduate of any Bachelor – Business or Communications
Job Offer
30 hours a week, $1,150/ month
- CST Timezone, Monday to Friday
- Inclusive of healthcare, insurance and government and legal assistance for documentation after 90 days (regularization) + ongoing HR support
- Assistance with our OBM for the first week of onboarding, complimentary 1:1 call
